With computer interviewing, questionnaires are administered just as written with no missed questions, incorrect skip patterns or handwriting interpretation errors. The software takes care of many of the administrative functions of interviewing, such as call-back and quota control, so that the supervisor has more time to focus on quality. It also designates numbers to call and at the right times, with no worry about time zone differences. Our location in the Central Time Zone gives more flexibility for coast-to-coast interviewing. There are more than 40 on-site WATS lines, and our customer service is nothing short of superlative. |
